Easels | general roller
Os easels are support supports for the rollers and their assemblies called rollers. They are essential for the proper functioning of conveyors, as they influence resistance in extreme working conditions, as well as their alignment, crucial factors for good production performance.
As well as the entire da product linegeneral roller, follow the highest quality standards and can be subjected to the most demanding working conditions. They are manufactured in ASTM A-36, SAC 41 carbon steel, AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel.
They are made up of stamped arms, mounted on angle brackets. Tilt defaults are 20°, 35°, and 45°. On the side rollers, an inclination of 2º can be applied in the direction of movement of the belt, in order to maintain a better alignment.
The assembly of the rollers on the easels is done by simple fitting, eliminating the need to use screws for fixing, which facilitates the work in replacing the rollers.
The assembly of the easels in the structure of the conveyors is done by means of shoes that are fixed by clamps or screws, depending on the series used.
